The Addams Family

They are creepy and they are kooky and if you want to audition for an Addams Family member, here is what you need to do.

Auditions for principal roles: (Morticia, Gomez, Wednesday, Pugsley, Lurch and Uncle Fester) will be held on Tuesday, Sept 5 from 5-8pm - by appointment only.
All other characters will be cast at the first reading on Thursday, Sept 7 with final cast list posted on Friday Sept 8th.
Appointments for auditions will be scheduled after the student is registered for the production.  1RegisterNow

What to prepare:  Please have a memorized monologue prepared that is no longer than 2 minutes. The monologue should demonstrate your acting abilities, so please ACT in your presentation, not just recite. The monologue does not need to be dialogue from the Addams Family, but it is important to us that we see your facial expression, your body gestures and how you move and act.

Vocal audition should be a Broadway song, no pop. We are trying to determine your vocal range. Singing 16 - 24 measures is all we need. Bring your own accompaniment on a mobile device or accompanist who will play live with you. Choose a song that is in your range comfortably, rather than trying to impress us with a challenging number.

There is no dance audition for this show. There will be no callbacks, once we have done a read through with the full ensemble, we will make casting decisions and post a cast list by September 8th.
